Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, activating, or using XELQOR Gaming Optimizer ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

XELQOR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on one (1) personal computer per valid license key, for its intended purpose (system optimization for gaming). License duration: twelve (12) months from activation, unless terminated earlier.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Software on more than one PC per license key
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or license keys
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

4. System Changes & Risk

The Software modifies Windows system settings. All changes are made under your responsibility. XELQOR does not guarantee specific performance improvements or compatibility. Use at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for performance and risk details.

5. No Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. XELQOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XELQOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if the license key has not been activated, within 7 days of purchase. Once activated, no refund. See Refund Policy.
