1. We Do Not Collect Personal Data

XELQOR Gaming Optimizer does not collect, store, or transmit personal data or telemetry. Data stays on your PC: config and logs in %USERPROFILE%\.xelqor\. Device ID is used only for PRO license validation (offline after activation).

2. License Activation

When you activate a Pro license, the app validates the key. After activation, validation is offline. We do not continuously phone home.

3. Support Bundle Export

If you use "Export Support Bundle" in the app, you voluntarily create a ZIP with logs and config to send to us for troubleshooting. By exporting, you consent to XELQOR using it for support only.

4. Cookies

This website may use cookies for essential functionality. The Software itself does not use cookies.

5. Data Deletion

We do not store your data on our servers. If you have sent us a Support Bundle or emails, you may request deletion by contacting [email protected] with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
